How we manage IT services, their security and quality (ITSM, ISMS and QMS)

mediaport solutions s.r.o. (hereinafter referred to as Mediso) is a progressive company that has as its main mission the implementation, delivery, and operation of financial information systems in high quality primarily for a specific list of customers that we perceive as sister companies. These information systems are supplied primarily on the basis of customer requirements using modern technologies. An important aspect is to ensure a high level of standards for the implementation and delivery of technological units. In particular, we place emphasis on meeting all regulatory requirements imposed on our customers and we flexibly adapt to their requirements as well as regulatory requirements.

Our goal is to:

  • Keep achieving maximum customer satisfaction with the services provided
  • Communicate openly with all customers and respond flexibly to their needs and requirements
  • Strictly maintain the availability, confidentiality and integrity of information
  • Analyse and manage the risks associated with our activities and propose appropriate measures to minimize the risks identified
  • Continuously familiarise and train company employees with the purpose and principles of management systems in order to achieve their internal identification with the objectives of individual management systems (including the area of personal data protection)
  • Create conditions for all employees to carry out the Company's policies and to provide the Company with material and personnel resources
  • Through staff training, increase the professional competence of all staff in all areas of their work and to guarantee competence substitutability
  • Ensure the development of effective control, evaluation of functionality, effectiveness and development of management systems
  • Demand a high level of quality on our side and on the side of our customers and suppliers
  • Deal with our suppliers/partners in a friendly and fair manner, to meet the agreed obligations within the agreed deadlines
  • Comply with the requirements of legal, regulatory and other requirements related to the provision of IT services.

The IT service delivery policy can be divided into the following basic parts, which are intertwined in their application:

  • Service Management (ITSM)
  • Information Security Management (ISMS)
  • Quality Management (QMS)
